Refund & Cancellation Policy

Right to Cancel

You may withdraw from the purchase of a Gold Funding™ Evaluation for any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days of the payment date. The right to cancel remains available only until trading activity begins. Once you have placed an order on the evaluation account the service is considered to have commenced in full, the statutory cooling-off period lapses, and the evaluation fee is no longer refundable.

Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for reimbursement you must not have opened, modified, or closed any position on the evaluation platform. If the account history shows even a single executed order, the refund window is deemed to have closed and the fee becomes non-refundable.

Submitting a Cancellation Request

To exercise the right of cancellation you must send an unequivocal e-mail to [email protected] before the fourteenth day has elapsed. Your message must state
– your full legal name,
– the evaluation-account number, and
– the date of purchase.
Gold Funding will acknowledge receipt of the request without undue delay.

Processing and Method of Reimbursement

Provided the request is valid, Gold Funding initiates the refund within two Hong Kong business days. Reimbursement is made by the same payment method and to the same payee that remitted the original fee. The appearance of funds in your account may depend on the settlement times of your card issuer, bank, or payment-service provider; Gold Funding has no control over those third-party processing intervals.

Amount Refunded

The sum returned equals the amount actually paid after any promotional discounts. No administrative surcharge or handling fee is deducted.

Acceptance of the Policy

By remitting the evaluation fee you confirm that you have read this Refund & Cancellation Policy, understand its conditions, and agree that the right to a refund expires irrevocably once a trade has been executed on the evaluation account.
